Guarantee

All Armera products are guaranteed for 2 years covering parts and labour. Parts guarantees can be extended to the following periods by completing the guarantee registration form.
25 year guarantee
Ceramic toilets and basins
15 year guarantee
All brassware, including taps, thermostatics, showering, accessories and bath wastes
10 year guarantee
Furniture
5 year guarantee
Concealed cisterns
Extended guarantees will only be valid if a completed guarantee registration form is received by Armera.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions


All Armera products are guaranteed against any defects that occur due to manufacturing error. The period covered commences from the date of supply to the Armera customer. This guarantee is in addition to consumer statutory rights.
Important notes: the guarantee will only be valid provided:
  1. Any defect has not happened because of misuse of the product, accidental damage, ingress of foreign objects into the internal workings of the product or repairs carried out by non-Armera authorised persons;
  2. The product has been installed, used and maintained as intended;
  3. A defect has not been caused by incorrect or insufficient water supply.
  4. The product has been purchased by the registered person from an Authorised Member of ARMERA's selective distribution network.
This guarantee is not transferable and is valid only for the registered person in the guarantee form and for the specific product that was purchased from new.
Under the guarantee, and at the discretion of Armera as to which option is decided upon, we will endeavor to either replace or repair complete items or faulty components. After any repairs are complete, the guarantee period is calculated from the original purchase date.

Armera holds no responsibility for any consequential loss or damage that occurs because of a faulty product. 

Any Claims must be submitted in writing to the agent that sold the new product to you and must be submitted before the last day of the guarantee expiry date.  Claims will only be investigated if proof of purchase is included with the claim.

Over time and in the spirit of improving the experience for our customers, Armera reserves the right to change the product specification without notice.
